Dr Nikhil Patel
Implant Mentor & Practice Owner
Qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2012, Dr. Nikhil worked in Barnet and Chase Farm Hospital's Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial departments as a Senior House Office.
Passionate about providing his patients with the highest quality of care possible, Nikhil has a real interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry which lead him to complete a Diploma in Implantology from the Royal Collage of Surgeons, in addition to an advanced certificate in restorative dentistry.
Nikhil enjoys carrying out simple to complex implant cases, including bone grafting, immediate placement and teeth in a day cases with all-on-x treatments using multiple systems including Straumann.
He is actively involved in mentoring and lecturing implant diploma students and, as of early 2025, is a Practice Owner.

Within three years he was one of the Top 1% Invisalign providers in Europe and in January 2023 he acquired his first practice in Stevenage, followed by two more in Berkhamsted and High Wycombe in 2025. Today he is recognised among the Top 150 Invisalign providers globally.
As one of the founders of the DADP, Kish is on a mission to empower fellow dentists to craft their dream careers, while fostering a collaborative community grounded in growth and support.
